Registration Cancellation Conditions
Receipt of written cancellation until 07 August, 2019: Full refund of the registration fee will be granted, deducting a fee of 30 €
Receipt of written cancellation from 08 August to 31 September, 2019: 50% refund of the registration fee will be granted, deducting a fee of 30 €
Receipt of written cancellation after 01 October: No refund of registration fee will be granted
All cancellations and/or changes to registrations must be made in writing to the congress secretariat via e-mail: apmgf@leading.pt
Any bank charges incurred from payments regarded with the congress or through reimbursement of cancelled participation will be charged to the participant.
Registration Payment
Registration fee and hotel reservation should be paid in full via bank transfer or Credit Card.
By chossing the bank transfer option, an e-mail with a copy of the payment proof, clearly stating the name of the participant
should be sent to: apmgf@leading.pt in order to validate the registration.
